Available features may depend on your account, subscription, location, eligibility, third-party platforms, and applicable policies.
3. Eligibility
You may use the Services only if you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
If you use the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You must provide accurate and current information when creating or maintaining your account.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:

5. Meta and WhatsApp Integration
Badge Pro Ai may provide integrations with Meta Platforms, Inc., WhatsApp, and related services.
By connecting your Meta or WhatsApp business assets, you authorize Badge Pro Ai to perform the actions necessary to provide the functionality you select.
You acknowledge that:
- You must have appropriate authority to connect the business assets;
- Meta and WhatsApp control their respective platforms and APIs;
- Third-party features may change or become unavailable;
- Your use of Meta and WhatsApp remains subject to their applicable terms and policies;
- Badge Pro Ai does not own your Meta Business Portfolio, WhatsApp Business Account, phone number, or customer communications.
6. Meta Embedded Signup
Badge Pro Ai may use Meta's Embedded Signup functionality to allow customers to connect eligible business assets.
During Embedded Signup, you may be required to authenticate with Meta and authorize specified permissions.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information;
- Connect only assets you own or are authorized to administer;
- Authorize only integrations you intend to use;
- Comply with applicable Meta and WhatsApp requirements.
Badge Pro Ai processes information received through Embedded Signup in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. WhatsApp Business App Coexistence
Where supported by Meta and available to an eligible customer, Badge Pro Ai may facilitate WhatsApp Business App Coexistence.
Coexistence may allow an eligible WhatsApp Business App number to be connected to supported WhatsApp Business Platform functionality while continuing to use supported WhatsApp Business App functionality.
You acknowledge that:
- Not every number or business is necessarily eligible;
- Eligibility is determined according to applicable Meta and WhatsApp requirements;
- Meta or WhatsApp may change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue the feature;
- Some WhatsApp Business App functionality may change after integration;
- Badge Pro Ai cannot guarantee continued availability of Coexistence;
- You remain responsible for complying with WhatsApp Business and Meta policies.
8. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for the communications and content you send through the Services.
You agree to:
- Obtain any consent required by applicable law before contacting individuals;
- Respect opt-out and unsubscribe requests;
- Provide required privacy notices;
- Use customer information lawfully;
- Ensure your messaging practices comply with applicable laws;
- Follow Meta and WhatsApp policies;
- Ensure that you have appropriate rights to use content and information submitted to the Services.
9. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Services to:
- Violate applicable law;
- Violate Meta or WhatsApp policies;
- Send spam or unauthorized communications;
- Circumvent platform restrictions;
- Send fraudulent or deceptive communications;
- Impersonate individuals or organizations;
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
- Distribute malware or malicious code;
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts;

- Abuse messaging functionality;

10. Customer Data
You retain ownership of content and information that you submit to Badge Pro Ai ("Customer Data").
You grant Badge Pro Ai a limited right to process Customer Data only as reasonably necessary to:

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Customer Data to Badge Pro Ai.

- Third-party functionality.

- Messages will always be delivered;
- Third-party APIs will remain available;
- Coexistence will remain available for your account.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Badge Pro Ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
21. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Badge Pro Ai, its personnel, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your use or misuse of the Services;
- Your Customer Data;
- Your violation of Meta or WhatsApp policies;
- Your violation of applicable law;
- Your infringement of third-party rights.

Where required by applicable law, we may provide additional notice of material changes.
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
