When you authorize a Meta or WhatsApp integration, you permit Badge Pro Ai to access and process the information made available through the relevant authorization, APIs, and permissions.

Badge Pro Ai does not control Meta's or WhatsApp's independent processing activities.

6. Meta Embedded Signup

Badge Pro Ai may use Meta's Embedded Signup functionality to allow businesses to connect eligible Meta and WhatsApp business assets to our Services.

During Embedded Signup, you may be required to authenticate directly with Meta and authorize access to selected business assets.

Depending on the authorization granted, Badge Pro Ai may receive information such as:

• WhatsApp Business Account information;
• WhatsApp phone-number information;

• Authorization information;
• Information necessary to establish and operate the integration.

We process this information only to establish, maintain, and provide the integration and related Services.

7. WhatsApp Business App Coexistence

Where supported and where a business is eligible, Badge Pro Ai may facilitate WhatsApp Business App Coexistence.

Coexistence may allow an eligible WhatsApp Business App number to be connected to supported WhatsApp Business Platform functionality while the business continues to use supported WhatsApp Business App functionality.

When Coexistence is enabled:

• Badge Pro Ai may process the identifiers and account information required to establish the connection;
• Badge Pro Ai may process messages and webhook events required for the connected functionality;
• Badge Pro Ai does not claim ownership of the customer's WhatsApp account or customer communications;
• Availability and eligibility may depend on Meta and WhatsApp requirements;
• Certain functionality may be controlled or changed by Meta or WhatsApp.

Customers remain responsible for complying with applicable WhatsApp Business and Meta policies.

8. How We Share Information

We may share information only as reasonably necessary to operate our Services, fulfill customer requests, comply with law, or protect our legitimate interests.

8.1 Service Providers
